Today's achievement:
- Watched a movie (Spirited Away)
- Went on a mini picnic with my roomies
- Tried the snacks from the Pavillion Cafe in our campus (for the first time), it was really good.
A reminder to all my fellow exhausted students:
- Stay hydrated
- Taking a nap is good for you
- It's okay to not understand something; you'll get it eventually
- It's okay to not always be busy
- It's okay to make mistakes
- It's okay to have bad days
- It's okay to be less than perfect
- Slow progress is better than no progress.

Amen. It's so easy to fall into a blockage in the hustle, it being the age of information. Overwhelming one's self with information most of the time results in lack of production rather than the intended progress. Mental health is as important as physical health.
